Return/Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with Teamnature products, let us know and we will work with you to make them perfect.
Product should not be opened/used and should be in a Marketable Condition.
If the Product is found defective:
You are entitled to return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund
The Invoice for the purchase should be available upon return of the products
This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or mishandled.
Please note that food items which are ordered is of high quality which do not contain any preservatives are non-returnable in any case.
Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products.
After we receive your valid return, will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If the product is found defective, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that when we instruct the Payment gateway to process a refund, there may be some gateway charges which they deduct and we are not liable for any such charges.
The time taken by the payment gateway to process a refund is not determined by us.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel the order anytime before the delivery/dispatch by calling our customer service.In such case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Shipping Policy
TeamNature is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online paid order are shipped within 3 working days and are mostly delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch for a standard shipping.
We have Professional Courier as well as Indian Postal service to ship your order.
The delivery charge calculated for multiple units are as below:
We charge a shipping rate of Rs 70 for all deliveries in the standard shipping section, which is up to 0.4kg.
We charge Rs 100 for deliveries from 0.4 kg to 2 kg
Shipping rates vary in accordance to the weight of the item you purchase. It will be listed in the invoice generated for the order.
Delivery Policy
We deliver products in highest quality packaging - eco-friendly covers and glass bottles. Glass bottles will be properly wrapped in bubble packing and cased in carton boxes.
Upon receiving the order, if the products are found not usable, please feel free to request for a refund/replacement
